Dyson DC14 Vs. DC33

The Dyson DC14 And DC33 are both floor standing models from the Dyson Limited compnay’s extensive line of vacuum cleaners. In this article I hope to point out the similarities and differences between both models of vacuums in order to help you make a more educated decision about which model is right for you. I however will not be telling you which is actually the better vacuum cleaner, because both have their pros and cons, and I do not know exactly what use you will be using the vacuum for.
About the Dyson DC14:
The Dyson DC14 is one of Dyson’s original vacuum cleaners. The vacuum is available new & used from different online Realtors, but this model is no longer available form the company direct. The DC14 was one of the original vacuums to help Dyson become one of the world’s leading vacumm manufacturers.
About the Dyson DC33:
The Dyson DC33 is the latest vacuum in Dyson’s lineup. The new vacuum is equipped with all of Dyson’s standard features including the Dyson Cyclone, Hygenienic Cylinder, & Lifetime Hepa Filter. The newest feature to be added to the DC33 is a longer extendible wand. Athough a longer wand will make cleaning high ceilings and behind furniture easier than it would be with the DC14 the offset in price may mean a whole lot more to you.
My Comparison of the DC33 and DC14
Both the DC33 and DC14 are very good vacuums. For my purposes I could easily choose the DC14 over the DC33 because I have a small home and am shopping on a limited budget. However if you have the extra cash to spend on the newer vacuum, you will see the benefits of new Dyson engineering. The older models are equipped with the first generation of the Dyson technology and they are one of the most innovative companies in the industries so I am certain their vacuums have improved with time.
