The Dyson DC25 Animal is another model in Dyson’s extensive range of upright vacuum cleaners. The DC25 is the 3rd upright to be equipped with Dyson’s patented ball technology and is another top performer in their series of Animal vacuum cleaners.

The Dyson Ball technology makes these vacuums unique because it allows you to move gracefully around a room without having to make any jerky back and forth movements and even more importantly it means you never have to try and lift and turn your vacuum which could cause you some aches and pains during cleaning.

The reason the Dyson Ball makes vacuuming easy is pretty simple. Your standard vacuum cleaner sits on for wheels that don’t rotate meaning the you can only move the vacuum within a straight line. In order to turn your vacuum now you must use leverage and your whole body to move it. The Dyson DC25 Ball on the other hand sits on a ball instead of four wheels. For Example: Remove the mouse ball from your computer’s mouse and place your finger on top of it. Now roll it around try moving forward, backward, left, and right. It was very easy to move wasn’t it? The ball makes turning easy because you don’t need to pivot the vacuum or your body to do it, just change your wrist direction or in our example your finger’s direction and you are now moving on to a new room, around a couch, or a around table leg with very little work.

The Dyson DC25 Animal is great because it is easy to move around, but that really isn’t why you buy a vacuum is it? Probably not. You are probably looking for a vacuum that picks up everything and doesn’t clog up. The Dyson DC25 vacuum uses the Dyson Cyclone technology to provide it’s source of suction. The Dyson Cyclone technology that is the power source of this vacuum is unique because it allows you to vacuum up as much as you need to without ever losing any of the vacuums suction. The way the cyclone works is that rather than using a normal filter or bag that tries to block dust while continuing to suck through tiny holes that get clogged up the cyclone spins the dust and are around with large amounts of force pushing the dust to the bottom of the canister creating a longer more powerful suction.

Features are what make many people buy vacuum cleaners because well most vacuums aren’t all that different from one another. The Dyson DC25 animal on the other hand has already proven that it is different in two major ways it has more convenience and more power that most vacuums, but that isn’t all this vacuum has to offer.

Picking up animal hair is what this vacuum was built to do, and in order to do it better the people at Dyson added the mini turbine head which is an attachment that can be easily connected to the vacuum to remove hair from tight surfaces and upholstery, which means this vacuum is also great for getting the dog hair out of your car.

What I don’t like about most vacuums is that many are a pain to clean and you often find yourself getting the dust you just picked up all over your house again. The Dyson canister on the other hand is easy to empty and doesn’t get dust everywhere, it is also certified allergy and asthma friendly meaning that the HEPA filter catches allergens like pollen that some other vacuum cleaners may miss.
